Anyone know how to get a connection for my mobile in Canada?

    I have a Motorola Razr V3 (on Virgin) and have not had any network connection for the last 3 days.

    Thanks in advance for any help.

    I have the same phone and network and its working fine

    here in Worsbro` :D :D



    I think Virgin piggyback on T-Mobile so you should get a connection.

    Where in canada are you

    Large areas of canada dont have gsm coverage. so you may well be out of range of a signal

    Bad news I'm afraid

    Although Montreal is in a 3G area - Rogers Telecom cover it for a start and I suspect there are others I just checked the virgin website - they dont appear to have roaming agreements with the canadian GSM telecoms operators so no virgin GSM phones work in Canada. (Vodafone and O2 definitely both work there as I've used both in Vancouver and Calgary). Virgin do work in the USA though
