Anyone know owt abart TFT monitors (18")?

    Just bought one from eBay, but it comes with no power supply. Wont the power cord currently running from my 17" CRT suffice? Do you need an extra supply of some sort? How much could these be picked up for? And where is the best place to get one? eBay?

    Any help would certainly be appreciated.

    I'll see what I can do.

    You do indeed need an external power supply.
    However (too late I know) some unscrupulous sellers "lose" the power supply so they can claim "I can't test it -no power- but it worked last time I used it" and deliberately sell you a broken monitor.

    Depending on voltage and power reqirements I may have one lying about. If not, Maplins should be able to fix you up.
