There's a lot better about for the price Dazza. Fuji and Nikon and with those you can accept the lenses are going to be OK, makes a whole lot of difference having decent "glass"

I've seen it on offer for £140.00 ... didn't know if it was worth it or not. I'm not a serious enthusiast or owt like that but fancy having at least a 'decent' camera when I go on a cruise in September.

Go for a Fuji, Nikon or Canon and you won't go wrong. I use a Fuji at home and a beast of a Fuji S2 Pro at work - great bit of kit.

    Would avoid it personally

Like others have suggested get a Cannon or Fuji instead

Agree the Fuji Finepix range are good little cameras, I have the one that is waterproof, think it's a ZP30, fits right in my pocket and great for going out, holiday, underwater, festival and outdoor stuff.

For professional use I have a Nikon D90, which is a serious piece of kit with a couple of beautiful lenses.

For movies I use a Canon HFS200, which is small light and produces incredible results.

For £140 it's a terrible deal. You can get a Fuji or Panasonic for that and better MP as well. Check out Jessops.

    I got a Canon 14MP, 14x zoom for £160
