I have the qualifications. Would I have to pay for the course as I would be a mature student?

There was a part-time course prospectus in this week's Chronicle...this is what it sez...

If you are on certain benefits it's free...income support I think

If you have not got a full level 2 qualification already (equivalent to having 5 GCSE A-C/NVQ 2/BTEC First/GNVQ Intermediate) then it's free.

If you have got 5 GCSEs etc...then you've got to pay. You can do NVQs in Children's care, learning and development or Playwork. NVQ2 is £565. NVQ3 is £285

Apparently you get it half price if you earn less than 17 grand

There's an open day at Old Mill Lane Site on 15th and 16th July
