Enroling at Barnsley College if you're not a school leaver. I can't find owt on their website other than info for school leavers. Am considering going back to college to study child care.
if u hav the necessary qualifications then you can apply for the course just like every one else, regardless of everything else
that could be a possibility, something i can't answer, you will have to contact the colege about that good luck though!
There was a part-time course prospectus in this week's Chronicle...this is what it sez... If you are on certain benefits it's free...income support I think If you have not got a full level 2 qualification already (equivalent to having 5 GCSE A-C/NVQ 2/BTEC First/GNVQ Intermediate) then it's free. If you have got 5 GCSEs etc...then you've got to pay. You can do NVQs in Children's care, learning and development or Playwork. NVQ2 is £565. NVQ3 is £285 Apparently you get it half price if you earn less than 17 grand There's an open day at Old Mill Lane Site on 15th and 16th July
I'll defo have to pay then - I've got 11 GCSE's at A to C and 3 A Levels at A to C! Thanks for open day info.
theres some prospectuses on the reception at the old mill lane site. Childcare NVQ Level 2 is £565, Level 3 is £285.
