Anyone know this Barnsley lad on BBC2?

Did they say which restaurant?

or the lad`s name

 

He's a chef in a Barnsley pub. I caught a glimpse of a Red Lion, but couldnt tell which one

just that my brother is head chef at a restaurant and he has had the cameras in last week. Not in Barnsley tho`.

 

looked like Red Lion at Grenoside.

barnsley college has an excellent catering department. in the past students have gone to work at raymond blancs 'manoir' and other famous places.
it has turned some decent chefs out.
