    If you're right and the club appoint from outside and let Flicker go then where does this leave us? I honestly think a change now will send us down and the shift in support for Flicker has done exactly what Don wanted and 'realligned the fans'. The most important factor is the players, anyone who was at the game could see just how much support there is in the dressing room for Flicker. The solution to this mess is already at the club, we can't afford to get this wrong.
