Was wondering this too. Officially he went to Bradford to get 'match fit', although I found it odd that they allowed him to be cup-tied.

Seems a bit premature to lose an experienced international player, even if his early performances weren't great. However, the signs seem to be pointing to an imminent exit.

    Local papers here...

Have him down as a potential signing for Cork City - local lad
    coming home and all that.

Also I see Wolves/Reading/Southend are in for Alan Bennett and
    Roy O'Donovan from Cork City.

Rubbing your hands with glee eh? Don't forget McParland too.

Best leave the team building to the chairman eh? After all he is a 'football man'.

Where does the Simon Davey Appreciation Society meet then? And what happens if someone needs to make a call in there?

    Yes, Yes, Yes. Can't wait.

Seriously though a bloke who was sat behind me on Tuesday kept shouting "That's another Ritchie signing" every time a player made a mistake.

    :(
