    Cheers for that!

    Err I think!

Normal collection is Thursday so I'm assuming it won't change and they'll collect as normal next week

It's normal collection if you're on Wednesday Thursday or Friday - not sure about Mondays or Tuesdays.

I will try and sort it out for you...

I know a lad who works on the website at BMBC, so will chat to him and let you know when you can re-try...

So I assume day stays the same after.

    Thought it said Christmas Eve

if your day is Monday or Tuesday and then back to normal in January.

Check last weeks Chronicle if you still have it as I think it said something in there.

    Well done!

Is there anything that can't be sorted out with this site!

Good service this year from the council then - nobody left for 2 weeks as has happened in the past.....only problem is those who get a Tuesday collection will have it collected early before Christmas then not another til after New Year so they could have rather full bins.

Here you are - Christmas Collections. I've had a leaflet!

I've been and looked at my christmas collection card - I think I might hang on to it cos they are obviously a rare item - but anyway the only people affected seem to be those who have a Tuesday collection, anybody else put your bin out as normal. Tuesday people put your bin out on Sat 24 Dec and Tuesday 3 Jan.

And if your bottle collection is due 27 Dec don't put it out until 10 Jan.

So there you go - unless of course they've sent cards out the wrong info again
