Anyone know where I could get a set of ten T-shirts printed at a reasonable price?

Try vortex on Grange Lane - good range of clothing and very helpful. Don't have number to hand, but email of guy that runs it is julian@vortexuk.com

Buy some transfer paper. You just print whatever you want on to it using your normal computer printer, cut it out and iron on. You can get 10 A4 sheets for less than a fiver and it is pretty durable.
