    if you load a cd onto computer to mp3 file whether you can go on internet to get appropriate info alongside tracks instead of typing it out and if so how. cheers

    You can set it up to use remote CDDB (CD database) which recognises the CD you are ripping and gets the artist and track names etc. You can configure it to produce numbers at the start and include or exclude the artist name in the titles like this:-

    01 Purple Haze

    or

    01 Jimi Hendrix - Purple Haze

    or

    Purple Haze

    etc.

    If you use Nero to rip your CD's then you can get it to access internet database, that will grab most of the detail I believe.

    The software for my Zune MP3 player does that, even pulls in a picture of the album cover.
