wots happened at bottom of harborough hills? I finished football up at academy bout 8.40 & at bottom of hill is 3 cop cars all wi lights goin surrounding a R plate 106. No-one about in car or cop cars, which i thought was highly strange! Car didnt look to have been in a smash from wot id seen?!
