Occasionally I've posted, I've submitted a reasoned, well worded post often not in agreement with the majority of posts on there, and it doesn't get put on yet someone saying "This is stupid, the government are morons" gets on!

I think your answer lies somewhere here

"a reasoned, well worded post often not in agreement with the majority of posts"

    Quoted from your own post.

    That'll be it!

They only want ones that toe the line of how they want to report the story!

Don't you detect a general anti- Government bias in the beebs reporting ?

I find it amazing the way that the impartiality of the BBC's coverage in this country has been comprimised in recent years. Probably nothing to do with Political Editor Nick Robinson. Even though he is a former leader of the Young Conservatives.

Just been reading the censored posts on the fuel tax hike

    A couple of typical examples

Think yourselves lucky this board not moderated like that!

Are you affected by increased fuel costs?

Written by Merson The Cat, Staffs, United Kingdom on Mon Oct 01 09:54:53 UTC 2007. 1 recommendations.

If you are a motorist, then it's impossible not to be affected by this rise. Despite working 40 hrs a week, I have less income each month thanks to Highwayman Brown. I'm one of the lucky ones who recently got a wage rise but it was less than the rate of inflation so there's minimal benefit. My mum's a pensioner who relies on her car-she can't afford these constant rises.
The only good thing about it is that this will be fresh in folks mind if Brown does call an election. GET THIS MAN OUT!!!

BBC Link | Permalink | Recommend This

Are you affected by increased fuel costs?

Written by [Sproutaholic], Durham City, United Kingdom on Mon Oct 01 09:54:39 UTC 2007. 1 recommendations.

"It will cost The Blair's a few quid more now they just bought a foreign 100 grand BMW that does 17inches to the gallon."

Good point, and is'nt it nice to see our Glorious ex-Leader support British industry.

Then again the Tories complain of bias against them, so maybe they are getting it right.
