Obviously i am less of a fan than others.

Expensive time of year,other financial priorities,i can put the fire on,i can turn it off and watch Strictly.

Nothing against people not going because its on sky. But a mate of mine can't justify paying £25 for a ticket because he can't afford it, but is prepared to spend £30+ watching it in the pub.

 

He probably enjoys being in the pub more.

 

I'll be going down to my local WMC to watch it. Four or five pints will set me back about £10.

 

Me. I do live quite far away though. Considered flying back for it straight after the Birmingham game in a fit of Hobgolblin-fueled over-excitement. Rather glad I didn't purchase the flights now. Visiting the Easyjet site especially when trolleyed is never a good idea.

But I've got a season ticket. I can't imagine I'd pay to get in if I hadn't got one. Freezing cold, £28 and it's on the telly. There'd be no chance.

I won't be there, 2 days before I fly high way across the world. Freezing cold, a long journey home, and it's on SKY.

 

I'm a season ticket holder but I'm giving it a miss on Saturday.

My wife is due to give birth on 19th so I've got no hope of getting away with this one, especially as it's on TV. Consequently, it's about as perfectly timed a live TV game for us as I could have hoped for, although sod's law dictates that this is guaranteed to be when I'll be at the hospital with her!

 

Women can be so selfish.

I think that 5.20 pm and middle of December is made for home comforts, not freezin yer whatsits off darn theer.

I can't believe what I'm reading here, I have a pass and live at home in Hull with SKY+ HD in my room.....but I'd hate to be watching it on tv. Doesn't even come close to being at the ground for a derby game. It's forecast to come mild(er) at the weekend, but so what if it's cold, you don't have to sit in shorts and t-shirt. This is Barnsley...your club, and we need to get behind them more than ever before on Saturday, the game is now massive and 3 points is a must!!

I agree the price is to high, but for once everyone should try to get down and support BFC. For once is £25/28 really going to bankrupt you for the rest of your life, if season pass holders won't even come down then god help us, going to be a laughing stock on sky with such a pathetic crowd for such an important game!! Everyone possible get tickets bought, get all your friends and family down and cheer on your team.....**** the pub, you have all day and night to go....for 2 hours YOUR club, YOUR team needs your support!!!

Very surprised to see that season ticket holders arent going! If you don't want your ticket can I have it?!
