Anyone on here work at Norwich Union in Sheffield?

The missus has an interview at Heritage Park, Infirmary road - looks like it's close to tram route from the station, from Google maps, just want to check I've got it right for her.

Yeah my mate does, and he's getting laid off 31st March nt

 

What does he do?

Interesting if they are taking people on at same time as laying folk off!

 

To be honest mate i'm not 100% but

i know he's on phone all day, i think like a call centre, deals with people wanting insurance quotes and information on their mortgages etc

They could just be trimming that type of staff, not sure what your missus does

I'll try and find out for you what reasons are and why

I did until end of December, but was the Life and Pensions side nr Ecclesall Road. Whilst the salary package is good, Norwich Union are always cutting jobs. In my three years at the company 1500 jobs were lost in Life and Pensions. More expected in Q1 of 2009
