Dropped completely earlier and now intermittently slow. Anyone else?

I know a few people on Orange...

They're constantly having problems and are counting the days til they can switch.

Personally, I think you should copy me and don't trust anything or anyone orange :)

Do you mind me asking where abouts you live Cazi?

BT had a major service outage in southern(ish) england earlier today which should have been sorted around 6pm. I was dealing with a customer in Warwickshire (at least I think it was - just clocked off!) who said his connection was intermittent now at best.

If you need any help with Orange just give me a nudge - save you calling India.

Don't know exactly where he was but I know it was a pretty big chunk of the network that went down. Possibility that's what your problem is at the moment anyway.

Yes I ditched em for BT my service was off from 9am until 4pm every day without fail. Try and complain. you either can't get through if you do the people on the other end can't understand why your off line. Must be your computer, must be busy times, have I checked all my sockets they went on and on.

First three days BT sorted it sent out an engineer and no problems since. Orange are hopeless.

    Well said.

I know everyones experience is different, but can only comment that I will never use Orange again. They are absolutely shocking.

Had big problems with Orange early this year. Took ages and ages to get nowhere, ended up feeling suicidal with all the phonecalls to them, getting passed from pillar to post. Must be the worst customer service ever, and cost a fortune in calls to them. It was pot luck whether you eventually got through to call centres in Middlesbrough, India or......Rotherham!
Had enough in the end, and changed to Sky.

I think you'll find that offer is "new customers only" nt
