I was noseying over a kids shoulder at the Watford game and he had this blinding app. Fast live score updates, live tables, etc to his iphone. I was going to ask what it was but I got a bit shy and bottled it. I normally plod around the bbc site, but this was a new breed. I'm usually about fifteen months behind everyone else when it comes to what's hip and teccy, still most of it passes me by. :(

While I'm here, what are the Karshadians?

If it had a dark blue/red background it was the Sky Sports Live Football Score Centre

On my windows phone I've got Futbol 24, only downside with it is it has results from probably every game on the planet. I'm sure you can switch certain leagues on or off, but it's sometimes a bit annoying scrolling down trying to find English games, and having to bypass the Brazilian 5th division on your way down.

Very fast though, and comprehensive. Bound to be available on iPhone

I've got a BarnsleyFC app on my smart phone - it links to official site, BBC BFC page, Sky BFC page, live text from BBC, results, table. Find it really useful as I can go straight to where i want to

Another vote for futbol24. Just can't work out how to display the league tables from the phone app, but the range of scores and results is impressive.
