How to save a load of money when booking you holiday

www.skyscanner.net - search whole month from prefered airport to prefered destination to find cheapest flights
www.travelrepublic.co.uk - search for hotel with availability on dates chosen via above
www.tripadvisor.com - check the latest reviews on hotel options from above
www.alpharooms.com - book package based on above for piece of mind (ABTA) and (normally) best available price.
www.holidayextras.com - for your cheapest airport parking and transfers (via quidco for cashback)

Alternatively, you could waste a load of money booking with an agent or travel company for meetings you wont attend, flannel from local reps who couldnt tell a decent restaurant from a McDonalds and a tour round everyones hotel on arrival.

be careful with booking "cheap holidays" me and our lass booked for turkey last year through lost cost holidays booked it 2 weeks before going booked it on line on the sat night on the wednesday we found out the company went bust, we managed to swap our holiday but paid 200 quid each more and had to downgrade from a 4 star to 3 and got moved to a german only hotel which resulted in the worst holiday ever, thats why we booked last november to go away in august this year
