Just wondered how long it took.

Sent mine off today, hoping to get it back soon, otherwise will have to pay full prices for 3 new home shirts!!!

We have been a little slow recently as I have been more taken up with my new son.

However, every renewal or new membership we get in the next few weeks we will try to turn round by return post. Hope you sent to the Nottingham address though rather than the club

    cheers

Thought you needed a pic on the membership card to get the discount

I tried to use my supporters trust members card to get the away shirt last season in the club shop and they said i couldn't use it- ******* *******.

It clearly stated on the Membership form that it could be used to get 10% off in the club shop for anything i.e. shirts, scarfs etc.

Therefore i won't be renewing this year, waste of time. I wonder how much communication goes on between the supporters trust and the club?! (chinny)

Yep, need a photo for the 10% discount, but you can add the picture yourself to the card.
    Cheers

If you had that problem, why did you not let us know. I have never had a problem, and I have not heard of others with the same problem. However, you must have a photo on the card and it must be valid.

The photo was on the Membership card and no offence but i shouldn't have to explain myself, the club should know things like this, it should be drilled in their memory that the trust card gets 10% off anything in the club shop. (N)

They will not give discounts on items that are already reduced in price, eg if you want a shirt that was reduced from normal price to say £20 then you would not get the discount if they are only charging £20.00

If you wanted to pay full price, then they would have given you the 10%.

    Hey Hemsworth-Red

Just open an account at Barnsley Building Society, you get 10% off in the club shop and you can open an account with £1.00

does it clearly state that the card discount maynot be used in conjunction with other offers in the club jumble sale and in the application literature?
