Anyone sent a phone back for repair through O2 before?

I gave them my SE C905 yesterday and just wondered what the turnaround was. Also I hope they give me a replacement instead of repairing it.

 

Mine took a good month to come back, needless to say has the same fault, sent it back again, came back with the same fault, sent it back a 3rd time, they were meant to send a replacement but said they had definitely fixed it this time, which they had. Would have been nice to get a new one though!!

 

took mine in on tuesday got it back this mornin works perfect again

 

Thanks alot you 2 for the info. I was told it would be 2 weeks at tops. If it's a month though i'll do my nut.

 

Sent mine through carphone warehouse a few times. Always got it back in perfect condition within a week, and had a replacement while it got fixed.

 

took mine last wed to o2 in town, collected it monday.

speaking of faulty phones

when I send a text it tends to take a while to send and then arrives as a mixture of words, squares and other symbols,anybody else had this?

 

They just sent me a new one, took 3-4 days.

 

Think they have phones sometimesyou can have while yours is being repaired nt
