Iv'e got a horrible feeling we'll go down and its only come into my head this last week or so our run in is dreadful
"Never let the future disturb you. You will meet it, if you have to, with the same weapons of reason which today arm you against the present." Or summat. I have a good feeling about this weekend. I think that in a few days time we could be looking at the league table and rubbing our hands together at the prospect of enjoying an uncomfortable few weeks for our backward neighbours.
I fear relegation as a concept, but not as a likely occurrence. We are not out of the woods yet by a long chalk, but we have to stay positive. Whatever happens I think these lads have put up a right scrap since new year.
I do, absolutely. Mainly due to the fact that we've been on amazing form since flicker took over yet we are only two points above the drop zone. If we can't maintain that level of form through to the end of the season then its likely we will go down.
Unfortunately not, Paul. I'm in deepest, darkest Burgundy at the moment, planning my weekend's vegetable planting activities. I hope to get at least one more match in before the end of the season though - I'll let you know when I have an idea which one(s).
Okay mate, I still have a print for you. Check this link tomorrow, I think there may be an outside chance of a live stream. http://www.footballstreaming.info/streams/todays-links/
Thanks for the thought but I'm afraid you're being overly optimistic about the quality of french rural broadband. The only live stream I'm going to be able to watch tomorrow is the River Canne as it winds its way through the garden.
It might end well for us, it might not, but we can be absolutely sure the pattern of everybody at the bottom winning will not continue because a lot of our rivals have each other to play.
We need to look at the table from a mathematical point of view, the teams in the drop zone have averaged just above a point per game over the cause of the season and that's not going to change. As we're already above the drop zone we too only need to average the same to stay where we are. For me if we don't lose tomorrow all we'll need to do is pick up two more wins and we'll be fine
6 points from Brighton and Watford in the space of a week.. bring on whatever fixtures you want! Loudly optimistic.
Yes I still worry about it but if we do go down it won't be because of Flicker and his team, it will be because Hill just did too much damage for Flicker to undo. I still think we'll avoid relegation though but only just.
Two wins would make a huge difference. A win tomorrow at this stage of the season would be, "massive" .
