    make the programme available online for a small fee-less than £2.50 cos you're not wasting paper etc-say £25 per season</p>

    Though I wouldn't buy it.

    Would have to be a PDF, problems would be in preventing people mailing it to others.

    Yes but they'd have to prevent it being emailed out because, whereas 1 or 2 reading your programme is not a problem, it would be a problem if people were posting details on here or emailing out to loads of people.
