Tried the beta at work. Is it out properly now? Anyway, much like IE7 except for the <strike>porno mode</strike> in-private browsing feature. In this mode no files, such as images are left in cache/temp files and your history is not recorded. </p> It allows regular and in-private sessions to run concurrently in separate browser windows. So it is a better implementation of the feature than that seen in the latest firefox beta, where this mode is either on or off and affects all open instances of the browser once the setting is changed.</p> The address bar works a bit more like firefox 3's smart search too.</p> Quite a decent browser to be honest and puts IE right back in the frame for Windows users. </p>
So they nicked the porn mode browsing from google chrome then. might upgrade once its been out a while - we are supposed to use IE at work but I switched to firefox as IE7 had quite a few issues.
I didnt know that - though it doesnt surprise me at all the only version of safari I have used is on my phone and I dont think that has the privacy mode - though I havent looked either Hows your back?
Getting there, thanks But me and the mrs have been laid up ill since new year. On the mend now so looks like we'll just about recover in time for work tomorrow
