Anyone use BBC iplayer?

Have found that it stutters every few seconds and won't play smoothly for the last 3 or 4 days. Anyone had/having similar problems?

Have heard a rumour that some ISPs are slowing down connections to iplayer to save bandwidth. Any truth in this?

 

Have you tried downloading the programme before viewing it?

I always watch them direct by streaming but never had this problem before

I watch mine every night no problems as yet nt

 

With Barnsley world if i want to watch highlights i always download it first because it works better that way, maybe its the same on the bbc iplayer
