I have just moved house and I'm struggling to get sky installed ready for football season restarting so I'm looking into iptv but there are so many different options I'm a bit confused. Which is best and easiest to navigate?
I use one, have done for a year, no problems whatever but you do need a decent speed broadband connection.
If you're looking for a temporary, relatively hassle-free solution and you've got a suitable device on which to watch it (tablet, laptop, smart TV, Android box, etc), why not just buy a NowTV Sky Sports subscription for a month or two until you get the installation sorted out? I'll be treating myself to a month of sport with them when I'm back - it suits me well because I can just take it month by month (or even week by week or day by day) if I'm on my own in the UK and there's cricket on or Barnsley are getting a rare TV match. Most of the time I've managed to get it half price or less too.
About 10mbs for normal TV, higher for ultra HD and I'm told above 20mbs for 4K Mine is around 50mbs but I have around 8 devices connected at any one time Yes I use a firestick and sideload an IPTV app, costs around £110 per year but you can just buy one month for £15 approx (all payments are in dollars) I do this when going on holiday, take a firestick, connect to accommodation wifi, hey presto UK telly
Never thought of that... Got told iptv was the way to go but I'll look into Now tv! I pay for ifollow but will only be able to watch matches on my phone o that was another reason I was hoping to get iptv and watch on tv.
I'm sure IPTV gives you more options and works out cheaper over a long period but for short-term, legal, hassle-free viewing I've found NowTV to be an excellent solution.
Now TV seems very pricey, especially if you want Skysports £8.99 for the Entertainment Pass £11.99 for the Sky Cinema Pass £3.99 for the Kids Pass £33.99 for the Sky Sports Month Pass £3.99 for Hayu I also watch stuff on Kodi, free and legal although like anything else it can be open to abuse from those who want to. I also watch BBC and ITV when abroad and feel no guilt in doing so, having paid the license fee
Only issue sometimes with Now TV is you don't get access to red button matches etc like when we have played midweek games in the Championship which I think will probably apply when we end up with some random kick off times.
110 for the year. Christ I'm only paying 40 and that's everything, could even upgrade so I get over 20000 films and TV shows for an extra 20 but I have Kodi for that
I use OTTTV, they've done a good job getting it all back up and running after the big raid in Italy to take down one of the big providers. It's £8 a month and pretty stable, don't think you get VOD as a new user anymore but I get it for football and BT. They've got a forum on Discord so you can see what's working and not and they are very good at support
