I've been using it for ages now - since it became available in fact, never any problems, until now.

Even though i'm on the right package, it says that all my services are inactive, including the totally free stuff. Tried uninstalling and re-installing - deleting cookies - everything. Even called their techy support - he didn't have a clue either. Anyone else had this at all?

It is of some use that yes, it's due to me hacking your account and looking at your emails from Thai birds with £millions to share with you. All they want is your bank details so they can wire it through to you.
