Anyone used Stanmore recently, for getting into London?

    Last time I did it, we used street parking for the Wembley play off final. What's it like these days?

    Use it quite a bit and it's generally ok. I rarely have any difficulty getting a parking space unless there's a match a Wembley in which case you need to get there early.

    The next station on the line, Canon Park, has a smaller car park so if you luck out at Stanmore there's a 5 minute drive (left out of Stanmore car park, left at lights and left again at next lights/cross road). I've used that a couple of times for England matches. There's street parking there as well if that car park is full.

    Don't know what it will be like with the Olympics on mind as Jubilee line runs to the stadium obviously (I'm assuming that's where your going?).

    SERIOUSLY where are you heading to in london

    Edgeware is the dogs balls 2pound per day and if iyou leave on a sunday the car park is free straight on the northern line Edgeware everytime for me
