Asked if he enjoyed his first game he said that these games are all about getting match fitness. He thought that they did ok today and its good that everyone got a chance to play. He is then asked its not all about the result and places like this are difficult places to come. He said Alfreton make it difficult cos they get back behind the ball and its good practice for playing against teams like that in the future. Asked about playing alongside the youngsters, he said they did alright and they will get better with time on the pitch. Also mentioned they have been doing well in training. He was also asked about his training while the other lads were in Spain. He said he found it boring on his own but he has put a lot of work in but still has a lot to do. He was asked if he was going to be fit before start of season. He said yes.
He answered all questions while munching on a kabab. Guy doing the interview asked for a bite and he told him to **** off and get his own.
