I've got us finishing 7th 5 points behind Millwall

 

Done it see how well it actually comes to fruition

 

6th just edging out Rochdale with Bradford City 8th.

 

I've got us narrowly missing out on the final day. It's all complete guesswork, though. If anything I've probably been too pessimistic, especially when you look at the form table.

Quite a few of the teams in the top six still have to play each other. Shrewsbury and Coventry could also be important to us.

 

I've got us finishing third and I've not been biased at all(!) Oh no. No way. Absolutely not.

I have us down as CHAMPIONS! No matter how I tried I couldn't bring myself to put the Super Reds down for anything other than resounding victories(goal difference of +40) As to where the others finish who cares we've gone up as champs. Going to crack open the champagne and celebrate our magnificent achievement. Positive Vibes Man

 

we've potentially got a difficult run-in in my opinion. We are playing teams battling relegation which is never easy, the top 2 and have a Yorkshire derby away... I think the only mid-table team is Peterboro which is usually a tough match. Against that is the fact that Colchester may be relegated and have nothing to play for (good or bad?) and Wigan last day whose fate may well be sealed by then, or could be battling for the Champion's position with Burton.

 

Damn ... that said after 40 odd years I tend to be on the pessimistic side when it comes to the Reds

I have us on 78 points but still missing out to Gillingham on goal difference. Don't think we'll drop many points, but it's going to be a high total this year.

 

I am sorry no matter how much I try (8 times up to now) I still can't get us anything other than champions. However on one attempt I did get our goal difference down to +30. On another attempt I had Doncaster, Chesterfield and the Blades all being relegated(granted I did impose a 10 point deduction on them for going bust). I just can't put us down for anything other than winning, am I taking this all too serious? Positive Vibes Man
