been their worn the t-shirt.... deals are excellent... customer service are a major let down coverage, well even worse... if you can handle having to constantly call people back via dropped calls (and i am talking maybe 3 times in a 5 min phonecall) and talking to someone in india who don't understand a word you are saying (and vice versa) then go for it. it will only work correctly if you are in London or any other MAJOR city... saying that, that was 2 years ago may have improved now, but they has a massive problem getting between 2G and 3G areas, once it switched over, thats where the calls dropped (hence it works well in london, as most of it is 3G) at the time, you couldn't send pictures to other networks, but have been told that you can now... overall they are *****, the ONLY good thing about them was the amount of minutes you got.. I would avoid if you can get a decent deal somewhere else, but I will say, that ONE day, this maybe the better network, but I woulg give another 3 years at least, by then the other networks will prob offer the same deals your risk
They use other networks and it sometimes takes ages to connect also the phone I had stopped working properly after about 11 months
Where do I begin ? The offers they do are excellent !
But - largely use LG phones which leave a lot to be desired.
In my 12 months with them I had 3 phones (2 replacements) and the third phone was still awful. So many annoying problems I said I would never have LG again.
Customer service - chequered. Found it better to ring up after 7pm when India was mostly asleep and you got either a Scouser or a Glaswegian.
Coverage - I found it ok. At least you could make a call from inside Asda, whereas you never could on Orange
I terminated my contract with them last December and switched to O2. It will be a long time before I go back. Since I went to O2 I never even think about the 'phone. It has never been an issue.
