Have been going since 1978. Started going with my Dad, and brother. Still go with my Dad, and my brother, nephew, uncle and cousin. Been to 99% of the games I have been to in my life with my dad.
Always went with my dad, from the age of 9 till he died when i was 35! During my teen years would go with my dad, meet my mates in the brewery stand & stand with them during the match, then go home with dad. Wasn't the same after he died.
Why on earth would there be anything wrong with it? He's your dad for **** sake. He used to pay for your tickets & stuff, so why repay him by ditching him?
exactly, especially when alot of you don't live with the parents anymore & it won't be that long for me.
Nothing wrong at all, how ridiculous.
Treasure every moment because you'll wish you'd been to a lot more matches together when they're gone.

My dad first took me to a game in 1976 I still sit with him now. I hope to do so for many years to come.
Id love to have the chance sadly he passed away a good few years to still have fond memories of the times I did though.
Season ticket holder with my dad an brother Was there at Forest with them yesterday. However I go to most of other away games with my mates as they're not as hardcore as me lol...
Nothing wrong with it IMO. Sometimes sit with him if there's a seat going Upper Tier, but usually it's all ST Holders.
