    I am running at slower speeds than dial up, I keep getting disconnected and to top it all of its cost me £23 to sort there **** ups out

    RE: Was originally with Netscape who were taken over by AOL

    Stayed for years, but loyalty counts for nothing. They kept cocking everything up so left. Best thing I did :)

    True, I did stay for ages cos I liked their layout (and chat rooms lol), but dealing with customer services persuaded me to go elsewhere.

    Been loads of stories on here of people having problems with their ISP

    so AOL users aren't alone in having problems!
