I was clearly wrong and misinformed fir congratulating the team on the fantastic day thst went above and beyond our leagues programme and providing and excellent dayoutfor the people of barnsley and surrounding areas I'm also sorry for suggesting we should win our forthcoming matches and aim to return in our thousands to Wembley in may Please accept my apologies I was completely misguided in wanting any form of success
We all want success but we wanted to enjoy something that hasn't happened for a long time - as I said yesterday even the players were having a day off - they're back on the pitch today and I'm sure Hecky will get them focused again
How I was told to apologise for my post stating what an excellent day a great result and that I hoped we could return again in may I've done that
No, it was suggested that you grow a pair and apologise for belittling the club's achievements at the weekend. No-one is doubting that the build-up to Wembley could have been a bit of a distraction to the players, and the first half performance suggested it might have been preying on a few minds in the squad, but to label it a "pantomime", in more than one thread, is utterly bizarre and frankly ridiculous, even coming from someone with your track record in such areas. But no, you choose to see it another way and yet again post an idiotic and deliberately inflammatory reply. Anyway, **** it, as I said, you're digging your own grave, so we may not have to tolerate your puerile ***** for much longer.
Just **** off you sanctimonious **** no one cares what you say and no one wants to hear you apologise.
