I can't believe how long ago it was that we were forced into all-seater, yet there are still teams in our division with standing.

It's a joke. Just because they are building a new stadium should have no bearing on the decision. The reason for all-seater stadia is down to safety, therefore you cannot compromise that safety by saying that because you are moving in a couple of years it's ok.
The rules have been in place long enough now, it should have been extended to the lower leagues by now and stated that any teams promoted to the 2nd tier should already have all-seater otherwise they aren't admitted.
It was the same when it first came in, both ourselves and Sunderland had a similar capacity stadium, however Sunderland were virtually selling out their home games whilst we were getting about 5,000. Yet Sunderland were allowed an extension whilst we weren't, so it was deemed safe to allow a capacity standing attendance but not to have a stadium about 1/5th full!

Same happened with Fulham. So they could fund a team to get them into, and established in, the Premier League and then once they have that money they can upgrade the stadium!

So cardiff are allowed to get away with it but the football league had no problem fcucking rotherham

It was the cost of making millmoor all seater that put them in administration and they too were planning on moving to a new stadium but the football league wasnt interested then.
