I never thought it was flicker tbh, after seeing the changes in formation on New Year's Day at posh and then our unbeaten run, it stands to reason it's the blokes flickers brought in with him. Lets just hope after barnsleys recent good run its not gone to flickers noggin that its all of his own doing, hence the changes in formation last few matches., lets hope that's been for reasons we are not privvy to and not new managers ego.

No you know I do not attend the matches. But I do deliver to the stadium regularly and see the training sessions first hand.
