    Yes but

    Under the 1983 Mental Health Act I don't think sectioned patients are allowed to travel abroad so he can't use it. Even though it doesn't exist.</p>

    The assumption with him is

    that because other people don't have a house abroad is that they can't afford it.....rather than they decide not to!
