Anyone got one? Are they really as good a piece of kit as they look?
I don't want an I Phone ( I simply don't use one enough to warrant a contract), but I've been thinking of treating myself to an I touch.
Any views would be gratefully received. (chinny)

ive got one just get a normal ipod unless you really want to touch the screen till it scratches to hell
I'm reading and replying to this message on it! I've been very impressed, don't think touchscreen is as user-friendly for an iPod as physical controls, but it's a fantastic multi-function device and excellent for e-mails and web browsing; so much so that I wish I'd paid for an iPhone to use it everywhere without the need for WiFi. I'd certainly recommend one if an iPhone is definitely not for you. Keep in mind that MacWorld is next Monday, they shall almost certainly release a new updated iPhone and quite possibly new iPods too!
I wouldn't be wiart mine best piece o kit Ive bought in ages, saves walking round my gaff with a laptop, Im on it now actually, can even connect in the garden, 10GB of music, over a hundred youtube favourites and web in every room. Worth every penny, play.com via quidco, u won't regret.
