Anyone use one? I'm thinking about buying one through work and have a budget of around &pound;1,200, I would need somethingcompact and light for presentations, wireless internet, and editing digital video footage - any recommendations?</p>

I can recommend a person who works for apple who can get good deals if that helps? He would also be able to recommend the perfect one for you I'd imagine mate.

Cheers mate, it would have to be bought by my work directly from Apple, so not sure if your mate would be able to help.

Well he works for Apple as I said so I'm sure that could be arranged... Up to you, I can ask him if you want.

I'm on an Apple G4 PowerBook 12'' which is the dogs. Had it a couple of years. Been on Macs for nearly 20 years and use them professionally as design tools. But then iTunes and iPhoto are fab too. Its a lovely solid, reliable, stylish piece of kit.

I have used an Apple Notebook for a couple of years 'great' I had a quick memory update to allow me to run Adobe CS but this was relitavely cheap.

Perhaps the Dual version is available that will allow you to run Windows and can be used as a PC also my studio mac is as this and use PC software on this part, handy sometimes.
