    You need a v neck jumper. Thats a mandatory requirement.

    Anyway piss taking aside the best coaches are the ones which dont folow the tick box manuals provded by the fa.

    From what I understand all the learning material is the same. What I mean is you coach kids at Salford youll be using the same manul as if you coached chelsea if youve got an A or B licence

    Its down to a coach to put their own spin on the magic book.

    Id say its safe to say the better coaches in the top flight use the course guides as arse roll.

    no all they need

    is play station or X-box... and a copy of any EA sports management games..... oh and some cheat codes too.
