For a good half dozen games now Mr Odejaye has got steadily worse and looked more disinterested. Why arent his team mates giving him a rocket? Surely they dont think hes playing ok? Maybe thats what were lacking now were struggling for form. Somone to start shouting the odds and get players geed up during the game as well as in the dressing room.

Different players take a different type of handling. Some respond better to a kick up the arse and a good bollocking, others react better to a arm around the shoulder and a gee up....that's down to the manager and the captain. May not help team morale if they start kicking off and pointing the finger.
