After hill went I wanted him to go as well......but I fear I was wrong! The spirit and desire the lads have shown over the last 3 games shows me that were up for the fight with flicker. Give him the the job and let him carry on. Against Peterborough we were the better side and but for the post would have won I'm sure and burnley in the cup last week we showed were more than ready to stand up and be counted for each other! Today we were magnificent from start to finish and the lads never stopped running and working hard. He has changed to a new formation and the players are playing for him so give the lad a chance and let's see how far he can go but either way I'm a proud reds fan after the last three games again and long may it continue!

The passion and fight we've shown these last three games is what I believe barnsley is all about and I think letting flitcroft go would be a mistake! I was against him because of his connections with hill but he's proved more than capable and deserving of a chance!
