From a colleague who is in a similar position The Arsenal operate a membership scheme which is the best way of sourcing tickets. Members are on a season ticket waiting list, currently 6+ years before you'd get to the front of the queue as a Red member. Depending on your membership level (the Red scheme is the lowest) you can then apply for match day tickets as they become available (Gold first, silver next etc) but as a Red Member you're at the back of the queue of the members and depending on the opponents you might not get a ticket. Assuming any tickets are available after this process they then go on general sale to the public. I'm not sure how members go on about getting youngsters in. I don't know if the youngster also has to be a Junior Gunner.
