    Not actually been pedantic, serious question..

    But it is ARCTIC monkeys isn't it?

    I've seen quite a few people refer to them as Artic, but Napster definitely has it as Arctic so I'm guessing it must be?

    spooky!

    I was wondering the sam ejust then and I've been wondering the same for about 2 weeks (without ever being bothered to look it up)

    does anyone know? and aren't they local...Sheffield is it?...are they the ones who mention "Rotherham" in a song...I like that one, anyway.

    Iam sure its Artic. Ive downloaded about 10 of there songs and there all spelt this way. Still, i might be wrong.

    Mate told me one of them is from Barnsley.

    It is

    arctic monkeys. I saw them at Leeds Fest and it was amazing. I was going to see them in Leeds but I decided on Kaiser Chiefs and Maximo Park in Manchester last night and Bloc Party tomorrow :)

    none are from barnsley - all from sheffield

    download mardy bum - classic/there best song, scummy is also quality

    Promising band

    You can hear bits of Buzzcocks, Joy Division, Stone Roses all in there, but they don't really sound like any of them. Should mature into a decent band
