Its from May of this year I think but its all relevant and has a few interesting points.. http://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/spor...s_open_to_bigger_travelling_support_1_3300957 Am still not going.. its daylight robbery!
Been saying it for sometime now we only needed to charge the high price in the Ponty on Matchdays to be like for like with charging the away fans high too. The East and West Stands could have been a lower price for matchday fans. Then you could have used the multi match deals to bring down the Ponty Price whilst charging the away fans top whack. Thats if the club were hell bent on skanking the away fans.
I thought they weren't allowed to charge the away fans more than the home fans I thought that was actually a rule; Leeds have got around it by moving the away fans into the most expensive part of the ground, I know now why that stand has always been fairly empty on both occasions i've been to Bellend road, why should one stand cost £5 more than the others to sit in? You're still watching the same game afterall.
Re: I thought they weren't allowed to charge the away fans more than the home fans Haven`t Ipswich been doing it for years?
