it's fairly easy. I did it for £50. Google something like limited companies for sale. £50 quid gets you going. Get a bank account. Jobs a good un. I am aware of some I.T. jobs in Sh1tfield though - although the pay is fairly crap!

Most IT contract work comes through agencies and they won't touch you unless you are either have your own limited company or work through an umbrella company.
Well getting a contract is usually the key to this. Depending on how much you are getting paid and your working practices you can work through a limited company or be paid PAYE through an umbrella company.
