    The NHS is just a shell that to all intents and purposes looks OK from the outside
    But on the inside are all the creepy crawlies gnawing away at all the nourishing juicy bits inside. These profiteers will have been advised by their politician puppets to ease on the profit making until the transition is unstoppable, then the NHS is their oyster.
