    That didn't surprise me. Hope we can add some "maturity " in the upcoming window to help
    mentor some of our more inexperienced players. I think back to how I was personally at
    22-23 years old and have to admit I wasn't very worldly wise but listened to what I was taught
    by my parents and people with experience that I worked with to become a better well rounded member of society.
    No good will come of constantly criticising or barracking our younger players, they too are inexperienced
    and are slowly but surely learning under the tuteledge of Jamie and Hecky.
    I saw a very apt statement from Aidy Boothroyd recently " you don't shout and bawl at a lad learning to read,
    so why shout and bawl at one who is trying to learn to play football".
    Our lads are not exactly at the basic learning stage, but they are trying to get to the pace of what is one of the most
    difficult leagues in football. We have to agree with Hecky, some will make it, but sadly some won't and in the fullness
    of time will have to be moved on.
