.... most of us knew that the team that played that day were not good enough to survive in the Championship. The team is now weaker than it was then. Who is responsible for that state of affairs. Andy Ritchie, the man who made a team with almost nothing and against all odds got us into the Championship, or Gordon Shepherd, the man who refused to be held to ransom by Chris Shuker, the man who refused to increase player's pay structures to figures comensurate with the higher division, the man who refused Sheffield Wednesday permission to speak to Ritchie and who sacked him 2 weeks later. You must make your minds up who you trust but when you sack a manager with experience and a record of success because you want a manager with experience and a record of success .... and then appoint the youth team coach who has managed his team to second bottom of the league, then I know who I trust.
