As you all know I've been a supporter of Simon Davey since he became manager........BUT

    .............it has to be said that Simon Davey has FAILED this season

    I made excuses for him two seasons ago when I among others blamed Anny Ritchie for leaving us with no quality in the side and a small squad

    Last season I made excuses for him that it was the FA Cup run that knocked us off course

    This season was supposed to show what Simon Davey could do........and he has FAILED


    For this reason...no matter if we do manage to stay up or we are relegated.........we need a new start next season with a new manager
    This is the first time I have said this on this message board

    The team ritchie left us with was no worse than the one we had now

    and cost a fraction of the money.

    The keeper was our hero, wingers were creating chances, central midfield was creative and the strikers were scoring for fun compared to daveys lot
