Just goes to show what you can do with the bat if you have a bit of applications and patience rather than seeing every ball as a potential boundary before it's even left the bowler's hand. So many collapses this series, but not many gone to genuine wicket-taking deliveries.
Typical English complacency, win a trophy and then phone it in for the next few years. It would be nice to be able to watch a dominant English team in at least one sport but we don't have the mentality to sustain it. The performance in the home Ashes series was cause for alarm and we've done nothing to refresh the squad. Hopefully we'll put a different team out when we officially lose the Ashes in the next 24 hours.
