1 - Find a way to get Smith out within one session - NOT EASY
2 - Learn how to evade Johnsons bodyline bowling & and refrain from hook shot - NOT TOO DIFFICULT
3 - Defend, defend, defend when Mitchell Starc is bowling - He cant bowl all day
4 - Attack spinner (probably Nathan Lyon) but stay in crease.
5 - Laugh in their faces when they start sledging then tell em to F*** Off (but dont call em Convicts it makes em play better).
6 - Stop losing wickets in batches (dig in when a wicket falls ) but score 50 runs/ hour - NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE
7 - Oh Bo****ks just dunt loose if all else fails cheat.

Slow dead wickets being prepared for the matches to nullify Johnson I would hope.....

Josh Hazelwood will be a big threat, if we can find a way of playing the 3 pace bowlers we should ok.

i think its going to be closer than many people, especially the aussies think, In Jimmy Anderson and a returning to form Stuart Broad we can match them with the new ball. 3rd seamer is a worry but wood has done ok, there spinner is better than ours but hes not great either so bowling lines ups look close

as for batting Steve Smith is in the form of his life, Warner is a slogger who gets lucky imo. clarke is on his way down and i cant see him playing all 5 tests. They have picked voges whos 35 and haddin is 37. We have cook whos bang in form and Root who is right up there with the best in the world, we need Ballance and Bell to find form asap. Stokes and Buttler at 6 and 7 with Moeen at 8 means we bat long.. we may need to!
